ON RUSSIA'S PARTICIPATION IN THE GLOBAL HIV/AIDS AND HEALTH FUND AIMED AT FIGHTING AIDS, TUBERCULOSIS AND MALARIA AND ON ITS JOINING THE EUROPEAN UNION "EVERYTHING BUT ARMS" INITIATIVE

Having considered the proposal of the Government of the Russian Federation, President Vladimir Putin took a decision on Russia's participation in the Global HIV/AIDs and Health Fund aimed at fighting AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria. The contribution of Russia to this global fund is fixed at 600 million rubles.

Also the President of Russia on the proposal of the Government of the Russian Federation took a decision to join the European Union "Everything but Arms" initiative, thus granting duty-free and quota-free access of goods from the world's least developed countries into the Russian market.
